Early starts. Weather. Noise and dust. Sites where the working area is the width of a street and the neighbours are close enough to talk to. It is physical work with real consequences attached, which is why the method matters and why we brief it properly.
In return, the plant is maintained, the certification is paid for and kept current, and nobody is asked to improvise a method because the programme slipped.
